Cancellation and Refund Policy

These policies will apply to all refund, transfer, and substitution requests. This includes requests initiated because of any changes to an event by Ramsey Solutions. If you have questions about these policies, please contact your advisor!

Event Ticket Refund Requests

  • Within 3 days of purchase: You can receive a 100% refund.
  • 90 days or more before the event: You can receive a 50% refund.
  • Less than 90 days before the event: Your ticket is nonrefundable.

Event Ticket Transfer Requests

  • More than 90 days before the event:  You can transfer 100% of the purchase price of your ticket to a different EntreLeadership event occurring within 12 months after the date of the event you originally purchased. You’ll pay a $300 transfer fee (plus any difference in ticket cost and applicable taxes and fees).
  • 31-90 days before the event:  You can transfer 50% of the purchase price of your ticket to a different EntreLeadership event occurring within 12 months after the date of the event you originally purchased. You’ll pay a $300 transfer fee (plus any difference in ticket cost and applicable taxes and fees).
  • 30 days or less before the event:  Your ticket is non-transferable 
  • EntreLeadership event tickets can only be transferred once.

Substitutions
If you’re unable to attend an event, you can gift your ticket to another person with the condition that you notify your sales advisor at least 21 days before the event is scheduled to begin. There will be no penalty or transfer fee associated with this transaction.
 
Digital and/or Coaching Subscription Requests
Your subscription will be canceled after the expiration of your plan. No further payments will be due, and no money will be refunded.
